I have a 1989 PC 800 that I recently had some seals replaced in a local shop. After I got the bike from the shop, I noticed I had a gas leak. After removing the side panels and seat, I saw the leak coming from the bottom of a a round small canister that is fastened to the air cleaner box with two phillips head screws. It has a line going to each carb, and a larger line going to the furl pump. There is a fitting at the bottom of the canister for a hose, but no line is attached here. Apparently the mechanic left. Gas pours from this fitting when the bike is cranked. My problem is that I can't find where this line should be connected. I have a Honda factory repair manual, but it is no help with this. Does anyone know where the bottom line should be connected? Thanks for any help.
